Do you use twitter?
Have you ever replied to a tweet of someone with a lot of followers or had someone with a lot of followers reply to one of your tweets?

I had someone with loads of followers reply to one of my tweets last week. My tweet was subsequently viewed on twitter over 80k times.

The truth is you are probably in the minority by not caring. The shit these journalists are tweeting is disseminating through football twitter and reflecting badly on the club. These tinpot accounts are having reaches higher than the readership of some daily newspapers.

This is all going a bit over the top now, the same people who are up in arms about Rabins treatment seem to have no problem with posting horrible shit to MCFTV even though the one guy had nothing to do with it. We all appreciate the work Rabin did and like him but on this occasion none of us know what really happened and MCFCTV could be telling the truth. It could be a genuine misunderstanding with no harm meant but because the people involved in MCFTV are not popular with many fans people are not willing to look at both sides. I hope this dies down quickly now because social media is fanning the flames and this could take a dark turn.

The whole thing is cringey as fuck, seems everyone involved thinks they are more important than what they are. Rabin thinks he is Jason Bourne. Who gives a fuck roll on the new season so all these fuckers can talk about football.
 
If Rabin asked it not to be shown at any point (Which he seems to suggest by his posts), it shouldn't be shown, simple as that. This Andy chap, would not have been slandered, as no one would have known it was him, until he released the footage. Even if he just release the audio, it would have been a good enough interview and do what Rabin was requesting.

Seems pretty clear to me, that Andy Man City Fan TV, has basically released it to increase followers, and is doing what a number of people on here have slagged the gutter press off for doing, click baiting people.

Having read what has occurred since last night, I think everyone from Andy, Rabin and all of us in between need to take a step back, take a deep breath and just chill.

As mentioned, I feel this is a misunderstanding between the two main protagonists. Harris shouldn't be given the oxygen to survive. He thrives on gossip and intrigue. Take the spotlight away.

Agree, think it could easily be sorted between Rabin & Andy, Harris on the other has just scored an OG that no one will forget about.
 
Jesus I wish I could get that ten minutes or so back from watching that video! Just repeating the sane points over and over. It all comes across like playground stuff to be honest, except I guess legally it has the potential to turn nasty.

Everyone just leave Rabin alone and if you are still out there Rabin, yourself and Andy put this spat to bed and keep on rattling those so called journalists!

I'll break my answers back in an arse about face way,starting with your last line,whoever reads the papers (regarding anything to do with sport) needs there heads examining for a start,fucking woeful and always have been,and are renowned for spreading shit,everyone knows that.

Having far reaches,yea literally,I couldn't give a fuck about someone from outer Mongolia who can read Twitter in English,reading about what some scruffy little journo is spouting about the club,the more we win the more it will happen,that's where (me being in a minority) can laugh at the fuckers,it is funny as it gets.

If it is for clicks or likes,(see even you got 2 on here with your response to me) then jolly good,let them get on with it,some random who stands against them will be shot down in the end,as the slimey bastards always win,that's the way it goes in this country.

I do go on Twitter myself,but mainly for transfer news and gossip,especially this time of the year,but I did once call out a journo,Taylor ? Independent i think,anyway I gave it him about how much he'd be loving the hospitality at City after just slating us in an article,see I do bite as well sometimes,he shot me down,(well thinks he did) by saying yes he'd enjoy it,I've also got stuck into Simon Stone as well,but PB told me he was fair and unbiased,another load of bullshit.

So as I say,I make my own mind up what I believe,being late 40's enables me to do this,but also makes me wiser to turn round and say fuck off,but all this nonsense at present,well it is what it is,nonsense,but for the love of God if blues start on each other over this then that is shameful.

No offence but your post reeks of navel-gazing. Just because it doesn’t bother you doesn’t mean it doesn’t bother others.

Plenty of people read newspapers and follow journalists on twitter. Far reaches I’m not specifically talking geographical reaches, but on actual numbers of people who see this negative stuff.

Do you think the club would rather have no negative news about them in the public sphere or lots of sniping from sections of the media?

Andy could have ended this last night by saying i have deleted the video and no hard feelings,by hanging onto it he has kept this going and harris is feeling vindicated,i think @Rabin hasn't done anything wrong,perhaps he felt he needed some more support in his efforts and agreed to do the interview,andy has handed Rabin on a plate to Harries,he needs to delete it and ignore tweets from journo's

Rabin has deleted his account on here as well now,shame
 
Can someone please give me the headlight out of all this to save me reading 50 pages since saturday? Seen a lot of twitter regarding MCFTV but what is going?

That guy Rabin posted a big thread exposing the media and now what? everyone has turned on him including his colleagues at city tv?

This all sounds like grown men acting like little girls...

Sometimes in life,you have just got to put two fingers up,now we are good,in fact I'll rephrase that,now we are absolutely fantastic and have broken up the cartel,negative journalism is never going to go away,you just have to laugh at it no ?

Nobody said a word against Utd as they were shit scared of him,they have tried little digs at Chelsea,but have backed off as they don't know who they are going to upset,Liverpool have always,(since I've been alive) been the media darlings,Spurs and Arsenal have (well in Spurs case) flattered to deceive,so now liccle City are to be shot at,and they are trying every way they can to have a pop,and some are getting tetchy about it,why ? Like I say up go the 2 fingers and that is sufficient really.

We support City,and a lot have waited a long time for these moments to come,most of us never thought they would,especially like they have,so no arsehole journo with 100k followers on Twitter is ever gonna upset me

Go back 2/3 pages and it's all there,no-one has turned on Rabin except for andy and harries
