I'm hearing on the radio that he's saying he prefers Juve over Real as his move. This tells me the overrated clown has found his level and he's looking for his comfort zone.
I

What a sad situation indeed. Pricks like him have no hunger for the game, no appetite for winning, they just want the fame and the millionaire lifestyle.

I know it's a clichè, but when I was a kid all I wanted to do was play football. Eating and sleeping were a necessary interruption - just getting out with my mates and playing football was all I wanted. Then you get people like this total waste of space, probably looks upon the game as an unnecessary distraction to his real fondness - whoring himself around to the highest bidder in order to continue with his pseudo-celebrity existence. If this cnut wasn't a footballer he'd be on fucking 'Love Island' or something similar.

Actually hope Pogba stays. He’s so ineffective the majority of the time and overrated that he still wouldn’t do anything if they brought in a rule that said no opposition player is allowed within 10feet of Pogba at any time.

Best thing United could do right now is to get rid of him, get a big wedge of cash and invest it in promising players (because no top player would choose them) and build a functional if not spectacular team to get them back to fourth which is quite achievable given Chelsea’s current situation, spurs’ unwillingness to spend and habit of bottling it and arsenal being arsenal.

Give him a million a week, a ten year contract and promise to build a team around him. He must stay.

Hopefully a deserted island

Perhaps this is bleedin obvious but would appreciate help.

What did rags pay for pogda was it 89 million to Juve ?

Who paid the agent 41 million, rags or Juve ?

I'm sure I've seen that Juventus' accounts recorded the income as around 72M euros (of the 110-115 M euros that 89M pounds equates to - using around 1.25 as an exchange rate, so that might be a bit high).

If my memory is right, that suggests Juventus paid a large chunk.

I've found this:

I’d do the same. I enjoyed playing football with my mates but in the teens I played for a decent team who were essentially the second youth team of S****horpe United. Trained professionally, pushed to a limit and played with a bunch of nob heads.

Football at a professional level can be a chore, even so at the luxurious end of the spectrum. I probably was never good enough to go pro but fuck me if it was all like that I’d have taken every penny I could have and fucked off into the sunset.

People differ, as do their perceptions and feelings.

I worked closely with a relative of a premier league player, someone who once was a regular for City, and even though they love playing football they hated everything that surrounded it - some of the people, coaches, the food, attitudes, boredom and so on.

Marmite.

Well it has to be fanny mills he took money did fuck all then the best thing he did FUCKED OFF

They seem to blame Woodward for everything that goes wrong there. Granted, the man seems like a cretinous little troglodyte, but he alone can't be responsible for the state that loathsome club are in, surely?
It seems that he and the Pisscan don't get on (well I never, someone falling out with the despot? Whatever next?), something about transfers - although what the fuck that has to do with the washed-up Glaswegian I'll never know. And it now appears that Woodward and the Rentboy are at loggerheads, again over transfers.

I get the impression good ol' Ed is being made the scapegoat, and very soon they are going to hang him out to dry.

Here are my predictions.

On top of that James kid (17 odd mill), they'll further sign:

AWB - 50 mill
Maguire 70-75 mill
Longstaff 25 mill

Total spend for the summer: ~165 million. Plenty for their debt consolidating owners to claim they've invested more than enough, but they'll barely have an effect on their performances.

No one will be sold, with the only players leaving being off contract (Valencia and Herrera).

Carlton (450k), Rashy Beans (300k) and JLingz (150k) will all be upgraded. They will all be racial abused on social media by their own fans after becoming full time 'influencers'. What ever the f*** that is.

No DoF will be brought in, but a story will come out every couple of months or so detailing 'progress' on the matter.

The failed ex-Cardiff City manager will be sacked by Christmas. Carrick will be given the job on a temp basis as there's 'no one else available', dead cat bounce, Mickey C is the new permanent manager.

Ed WoodWood will be a cockroach in a nuclear holocaust, after yet another rogering in the market.

Ragcafe will start its morph into Rawk.

Ushited fans world wide, all 600 odd million, nay, billion, will collectively have their small minds explode.

Fun fact, if Ole loses even more control of the wheel and is sacked by Christmas, they'll have had as many managers in a year as we've had in the past decade.

He seems to be the common denominator in this, and by extension their owners.

A competent CEO in his position would act swiftly to cut the deadwood at all levels and put the structures of a modern club into place. It's been 6 years since GPC retired and they're trying to run it like he's still there.

When you've got player after player coming in and doing worse than expected, regardless of the manager, then the issue has to be much deeper IMO.

Was told today that Pogba (unfortunately) is almost certain to leave.

Juve want to pay the fee in installments but the rags are looking for either payment in full or at least 70% upfront and the rest in installments which Juve currently can't afford
