According to Di Marzio he gave full latitude to Raiola to work his deal.

Raiola wants minimum 12 M + bonus.

He had an agreement with PSG sealed with Antero Henrique. The eviction of the latter has made him reconsider his options and Juve option seems to be the best now.

That's because the status of Serie A is on the decline. Juve winning Scudetto means less when the big clubs aside are struggling and they have little competition (not really as true, to a degree certainly, but perceived mostly). Same in line with PSG and Ligue 1. Hence the pressure becomes that bit more to win CL, it's obv their desire but for the team to have more credibility it's kind of a must, not just domestic success.
