I think Juve may be offering more in wages. Barca is offering so much. They can't offer a ridiculous amount because they already have to pay high wages to Messi among others. They're having a hard time getting rid of guys like Coutinho, Rakatic and Umtiti cause they want to stay. I feel Riola is telling De Ligt to go to Juve for the money, but he himself wants Barca.
