I just think you need to relax and not get so offended that your political hero is criticised.

I defend Blair on here enough but I don’t start threatening to do something that would get me banned every time I read the weak and stupid “war criminal” line, the internet seems to shit out of its insufferable mouth every 5 minutes.

The only reason I'm not entirely relaxed, is the minor ripple of indecision I suffer regarding your posts, do I ignore you, do I put you back on block, or do I tell you to piss off.

It's a real dilemma I can tell you.

Which is a significant problem. From where I'm sat, we need a Labour party that is going to defeat this tory party, and even if Corbyn's Labour did win an election, it would be with a very slim majority. Either of those two would almost certainly mop up in an election (my choice would be Starmer), but a significant number of labour party members seem to prefer ideological purity over pragmatic realism, and this is to the detriment of this country. And for the record, I am far to the left of the average voter in this country, but i also recognise the reality that Corbyn is too toxic to too many people.

Do whatever you want mate, rather than debating why Corbyn and Labour are behaving appropriately you’d rather throw your toys out of the pram and attack me, rather than the point.

Which is way it’s now evident you’ve lost the argument.

I do actually want to debate Corbyn and the issues around Labour seriously but it seems you can’t without getting really defensive over the man.

Or, by pushing the remain button relentlessly he's representing the view of most Labour members including in Momentum. I suppose McDonnell and now Abbott supporting a second referendum is part of the conspiracy - or is it not party policy?

I got the figures wrong and in fact they are even worse.The turnout at the last Unite election was just 12.2% with only 45.5% voting for him.

That means only 5% of Unite members chose to go out and vote to back Mcluskey.

As I said they need to be extremely careful because the views he puts across as Unite does not necessarily represent the views of the membership. In my experience they definitely do not.

I won't even mention the hard left candidate Ian Allinson who did even worse.

It's an enduring feature in here, that the legitimacy of a political figure only comes in to question, when the opinions they hold are contrary to ones own.

Because the Blair clan were finally losing their grip. I've heard bits and bats from that era, how the left were fully pushed out of any major decision making etc. and I'm glad it's back in the hands of a less finance orrientated group, however it doesn't change the fact that Corbyn has fucked up the monumental opportunity he's been given. I honestly don't think he's bright enough to lead the labour party, and I base that on seeing how he reacts when he's asked difficult questions. He gets pissy instead of answering the question. Anyway, from your posts, we're mostly on the same page, I just think we need to get fucking rid of magic grandpa if labour are going to win an election.

If Johnson produces a chaotic No Deal, even Corbyn cant fail to win the following GE. Although he would probably need Sturgeon's support.
