Thing is Ericsson contract ends next summer if he doesnt sign a new contract in January he can talk and sign pre contract with the likes of Juventus Madrid Barcelona and PSG, if Levy thinks Ericsson is not going to sign a new contract he will sell this window! With the new stadium to pay for losing out on big money Levy will not want to do!

If the rags go for Ericsson get him thats a game changer for them and will get them top four.

Not sure if he just downed the tools but he was averagly crap last season and that was shown this summer as nobody was really hurrying to send an offer for him. Well, there're always Rags.

Since he left they've won the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Thursday League. - That's 3 pots, the same as Arsenal. I think the Chavs have won 5 and we've won 8.
So while they're back to the Thursday League they are nowhere near as bad as so many on here make out. But it might be a different matter if they regain the form they showed at the end of last season.
