I can think of one argument why UEFA might rule first:

If UEFA find City guilty then they can whiten their image, and do nothing if CAS later rule in our favour.

If CAS rule in our favour first, then UEFA can't even clean their image and be seen to have tried their best.
Isn't their process stalled until CAS rule on our appeal?

We're his consuming passion -
"... Roan’s talent for placing sporting issues such as these into a wider political context.
’Sport has been revolutionised by the huge amount of money that’s come into it. It’s part of the modern business world, but hasn’t caught up governance-wise. When you see Putin using the Winter Olympics and now the FIFA World Cup to project his image onto the world, and the situation in Qatar, Abu Dhabi and China, you see sport as another arm of power. These places are using sport as a way of projecting their authority, not only on their own people, but globally too. So money in sport is becoming important to governments as well as just people.’

"he asks the questions our audience are interested in, they are not his own views..." - well, well well.
I think some of them are fools and best ignored but Dan Roan has got an influential position. Anything the BBC runs with tends toget copied and regurgitated by the rest of the media.

I've just decided on a course of action now.

If we get through all 4 of these and win the league again then someone might need to put these two on suicide watch.

I'm pretty sure we're gonna be fine on the Sancho thing because the der Spiegel article itself admits the payment was a "scouting services agreement" officially and it's only by using illegally obtained data they know it was described unofficially as an agent fee.
f they had bothered to do their research The premier league probe was dealt with back in may 2017.."In May 2017, City were banned from signing academy players for two years and fined £300,000 after breaching Premier League transfer rules."
