I can think of one argument why UEFA might rule first:

If UEFA find City guilty then they can whiten their image, and do nothing if CAS later rule in our favour.

If CAS rule in our favour first, then UEFA can't even clean their image and be seen to have tried their best.

Isn't their process stalled until CAS rule on our appeal?

I think some of them are fools and best ignored but Dan Roan has got an influential position. Anything the BBC runs with tends toget copied and regurgitated by the rest of the media.

I think so,we have gone first because of the way they have not stuck to due process and there have been several leaks to the media,i don't see how they can proceed until CAS have ruled on our appeal
