No smoke without fire, 2+2=4, I could go on. I was optimistic he would stay but I’m afraid his choice of doctor means he’s off. Hard to be critical young lad, away from home, offer etc. I suspect any crap coming his way is because of his silence. I’m sure if he came out and said I’m off, City are terrific but these are the reasons why he wouldn’t cop as much stick, although he’s not getting that much, is he?Makes me laugh some of the comment about weak mentality on this thread! How do they know? Do they know Leroy personally. Granted last season he did not kick on as we would have liked, but he is a great young player who has a serious injury. We should be supportive not abusive. And if he goes then we should wish him luck, he has been part of the greatest premier league team ever and does not owe us anything.
I seriously question the views of some fans on this forum sometimes
Maybe Cugat on holiday in skeggyDr Fink not Dr Cugat!
Maybe because of the country not the association with Bayern - who knows!
I'm sad to say, I hope he goes now, still require over 100M this transfer window
I expect he will never be the same player after this injury.
It is if you don't know all the circumstances. If he is itching to go, he will have had his reasons not to say anything publiclywhy wouldn't he if he wants the move just fucking say so not hard is it hey.
Can’t agree with that view. If Pep stifled talent how come Messi became the player he is now. Not only a great individual player but a great team player. It’s acknowledged that players that play for Pep usually improve a lot.I agree with the few who suggest that Cristiano would not be the player he is today if Pep was his manager. Think he would have stifled his individuality. Some players work better under different managers basically.

By the time he comes back he'd have a hell of a time getting a game anyway not to mention the attitude and effort it will take... might not be made of that stuff and that might be what's kept him out of the lineup in the first place.Personally don't think he will ever wear the sky blue shirt again, gone in January if the op and rehab goes well.
Who cares, he does not want to play in sky blue, so **** off, loved to watch him but I want players who are proud and honoured to wear the shirt.By the time he comes back he'd have a hell of a time getting a game anyway not to mention the attitude and effort it will take... might not be made of that stuff and that might be what's kept him out of the lineup in the first place.
Is it really that easy of an option though? We don’t have a monopoly in ambition, and Bayern is a massive club in Germany. If he takes the move he will be under immense pressure from day one there.Good point, they’re apparently offering him the #10 as well. Given his weak mentality, I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes the easy route. Get paid a lot, start every week, win the league every year with barely any competition. Bayern won’t challenge for the CL imo anytime soon but that probably doesn’t matter in this case.

But is Messi a great team player because of Pep? Under a different manager he might have turned out differently.Because Messi was a great team player for Pep. Young Ronaldo certainly wasn't. He simply wouldn't track back, and he certainly wouldn't hold the width anywhere near as much as Pep would have wanted him too. He'd have been great for Pep, cos he's great, but I dont think he'd have been this solo superstar that he became.
I don't like a player who takes the proverbial, and in my opinion Sane has done it to us as a club.Do you have colour television in the black or white world you live in? ;-)
