A rag mate text me yesterday.
City are 2 points in front of the worst rag team in 20 years ????
Text back it's the worst rag team in 30 years ....and if they hadn't got their customary penalty Saturday. .. they would have been in the bottom half of the prem.

Also...ask him why he said 20 yrs not 30..Is it because he only remembers the prem years ? ..then remind him that 7 days from now is the 30 year anniversary of the Maine Road Massacre.

..Us Blues have long memories.

I think Rashford's England days are numbered. Sancho is miles better as a winger, Abraham's a better striker.

Not quite, but they've turned a corner.

Their wage bill must be horrendous and all to try and stay relevant . Anybody got info as to what it is ?

Good job Woodward is getting plenty of noodle supplier sponsorships in.

Saw a report that it’s 250k a week rising to 350k a week inc incentives. But sky not reporting wages though if us it would of course be headline saying signed a 15 million or so new contract. But yeah very handy the wage cap was abolished at a time they did not qualify for the CL, needed to spend heavily and offer new huge bumper contracts

Had a couple of Rags very upset about our Norwich defeat , giving me shit about Stones and Otto etc., and the only reason they were so annoyed is because the Dippers title attempt is gaining momentum , whilst we have stuttered. It makes you realise how low the Rags have sank when despite winning a game , they are more upset about the possibility that our club could hand the Dippers the title.
Loving every minute or their irrelevance.

I am not sure what their wage bill is but if you think of the national debt of Zimbabwe and double it you will get a figure roughly the same as what the Raggies are forking out each week (and don't forget Mr Snachez who, although he is in Italy, playing for an Italian team is costing them about 300k a week.)

No wonder they voted to scrap the FFP wage cap.

Their wages should be in their next financial results.

Daily Fail.
