The first rag goal should not have stood as it is a foul. Fuck the bar being high, what is the point in reviewing it if they are not going to look at mistakes?
VAR ref doesnt need to over rule, he needs to ask the ref to go check the possible foul and its all good and well we keep hearing they will not use the screen at the side of the pitch.....why the fuck not?

VAR is fucking being used incorrectly and imo its being used to suit.
lets not forget that yes, Liverpool got one against them today but it wasn't Southampton that gained or Burnley....it was the Rags.

It was handball in the build up to goal (although the new rule is nonsense IMO!).
And I thought football still is a contact sport, no?
Lindelof barely touched Origi's shin pad who went down in agony, cheat.
It was the same slight touch when Mané was cheating for the penalty vs Leicester.
Both situations are definitely NO fouls. It's simply not enough. Ref and VAR have seen it correctly, this time.
A body contact doesn't automatically mean to be a foul, it depends on the impact.

Debatable foul, but if you look carefully the lad got toe poked on the inside of his left knee and was squirming on the floor holding his right ankle.it was a clear foul on Origi. How can anyone watch that back and think no foul. Beggars belief!! However it was in our favour today so happy days!!

I thought so, but the fact we are disagreeing may suggest it wasn’t a clear and obvious error and that’s why it wasn’t overturned. I do think though any ref who watched that back would 9 times out of 10 give a free kick there.Blatant foul?, nope. A soft contact you can ignore. Has no influence on Origis movement.

Well the double hand ball for the Mane "goal" was easy to spot. As for the Ogri foul, the ref surprisingly didn't give it and not a single ref penalty decision has been overturned this season.is that the first time VAR has gone against the dippers ??
So let me get this right, you thought Var made the correct decision regarding the first rag goal?Why were there 2 decisions against Liverpool ? the first was not a foul, certainly not enough to get the over exaggerated dive he took so the referee ignored it and then a perfectly good goal was scored. The second he clearly used his arm to control the ball. Hell VAR would have really been shot down in flames if they hadn't made the correct decision on that one. After the weekend they have had VAR couldn't very well give that as a goal, they would have been laughed out of town so it is hardly 2 decisions against Liverpool.
