Obviously.
A few thoughts-
A) first and foremost, why is there a fucking law against eating on a platform?
B) the cop could have handled it better, just said ‘looks it’s illegal, just wolf it down for me or get rid of it please’ and things wouldn’t have got to the stage where he could potentially arrest someone for eating a fucking sandwich.
C) that said the guy eating was difficult, kept swearing and making it into a bigger deal than it is, behave yourself, show a little respect and maybe just maybe some cooperation can flourish and the whole situation, embarrassing for everyone, might go away.
D) not every time a black man is approached by police is it racially motivated or has prejudice behind it. Nothing there proved to me it’s because the police officer is a racist.

People of all colours are charged with all sorts of mental things in that backwards country.I suspect the police officer wouldn’t have acted that way if it was a white guy.
People are charged for having non-matching curtains and car air fresheners on the rear-view mirror.
