Does my likening of Lee Mason to Elmer Fudd make me a racist?
When is this massive club of ours going to fight back?
I think that was left to the people who hacked our email system resulting in a 1M donation to City.Still surprised this ban wasn't engineered to keep him out of the trip to anfield. FA were obviously preoccupied with making sure Var wasn't working
They make the point they don’t believe he’s racist, the ban is for the offence is has apparently caused. The fa are on a high atm because var is effective and that business with Raz has been a bonus for them, thats why its only a one match ban, but lets not forget that they are still labelling him a racist. Ironic really with the amount of prejudice they themselves show against our club.
Maybe, but in what way are there people offended??They make the point they don’t believe he’s racist, the ban is for the offence is has apparently caused.
Caused to who,the people in the story weren't offended, they shouldn't be taking any notice of fucking social mediaThey make the point they don’t believe he’s racist, the ban is for the offence is has apparently caused.
I'm a middle aged white guy, and I think what he did was at best naive, and at worst he was an idiot.
He has 650k followers on twitter, why on earth would he not just send that as a Private Message, rather than for all to see. Like all forms of offence, it's about impact, not intent and that tweet was very poor.
The last thing the club needs is providing more ammunition to the anti-City brigade.
He, Pep and Club should have immediately apologised, donated to anti-racist org and moved on.
He seems a lovely guy, and clearly a wonderful footballer, but he's been an idiot on this.
