Pochettino sacked by Spurs

Ok investment how much? They took best part of 50 million off us for Kyle walker, where did that money go?

30 mil went on Sissoko, they have constantly paid mid 10-15 mil for lots of players some have made it others not, they paid 10million for the lad from Leeds loaned him back and he can’t even get a start for them

We paid about that for Patrick Roberts where the fuck is he

His net spend for his first 5 years was £15m FFS.

This net spend thing is a smoke screen we laugh at the likes of Liverpool when their fans come out with that bollocks, have you considered what our spend would be if we had sold Sergio in his prime? He had one serious season of under investment I grant you

Some people on this thread are suggesting that Pochettino is a quality manager because Tottenham made it to a champions league final whereas Pep hasn't with Manchester City.

So just for the record; reaching that final had absolutely nothing to do with Pochettino's managerial prowess. That was all down to VAR. Manchester City is refereed completely differently to other teams especially in Europe.

We saw the real Pochettino in the final against Liverpool. The man is lily livered and doesn't have the big match mentality.

Shocked but not really surprised at this. The signs have been there all season. If I was a Spurs fan I'd be worried that a failure to qualify for Europe could mean that they're using money that they might have used to buy players might have to be used to pay for the stadium.

Perhaps Levy might be planning to jack off football completely and become the NFL's & MLB's London franchise.

Levy took.his brinkmanship in the transfer market a step too far. Unwillingness to sell at the right time. Unhappy players, unhappy coach.
Not a positive place to be right now.
