Gonna have a tener on Labour majority. Over 4 million people registered to vote in the last few weeks. In the last two days alone 660,000 young voters have registered!

Game changer. And that doesn’t include all the students that will vote twice and in whatever constituency they want!

here you go....

I didn't say it would stop, i said in the hope of reducing.

You are probably saying what you are with good intentions, and i respect that, but if im honest, it's a bit much for me.

It is at the end of the day, including real events into teaching. i don't see harm in that. And yes, other countries doing the same would be good.

I agree society is too divided as is, what is worse than a divides society is an ignorant divided one. I'm not really following the 'indiginous white population nearly gone' arguement, im not sure i want to. How many in the UK are truly 'indigenous'? maybe that is another bit to include in fhe teaching ambitions, immigration in the UK through the ages. At the end of the day, i doubt there is anything sinister behind it.

Edit. imho germany deal really well with teaching their history, accepting it, and moving forward. beyond school too.

I'm indigenous this is my home, I/we all respect other cultures grown up in other parts of the world assuming that there are no indigenous British people is a conceptual argument we wouldn't be having if we were discussing any other part of the world. We've welcomed other customs and cultures and that's a good thing, what I don't want is for liberals to beat us over the head with the stick when we seem too ashamed to defend ourselves morally.

In a local election you can be registered in multiple areas and vote in each but, as you say, in a GE you have to nominate your favoured constituency.
You can register anywhere you have a home with “a considerable degree of permanence”. Another advantage for the rich - with more homes they can choose to vote in any of their constituencies, and in local elections they can vote in different districts. It is illegal to vote in the same election twice.

You guys need to get your line straight, this documents is either covered in dust, of no import, showing negotiations between an ex minister and various no name US nobodies, all of it conducted under a different Prime Minister, or its disclosure is a traitorous crime and Corbyn should be locked up in the Tower.

Go away and come back when you make sense.
Why not all of the above?
Well except for document only being "official-sensative" which means someone can only be sacked for releasing it rather than receiving it.
But locking Corbyn up in the tower would be fun. Though Labour would probably do better without him so letting him stagger from one disaster to the next is preferable.

Illegal in a GE but not necessarily in a local election. AFAIK you get a polling card for each and can choose which one to vote in on the day. Must be some abusing the system but suspect it's not rife. Students don't get up until 4pm so probably run out of time anyway.

What the liberals are engaging in is St George Retirement Syndrome.

St George slays the dragon and gets plaudits right across the world. He loves it. He then spends the rest of his life trying to slay other dragons to keep the praise coming, that he so craves.

Eventually he slays smaller and smaller beasts until he’s found waving his sword trying to kill thin air.

The liberals have grown up imagining themselves marching on Washington with Dr Martin Luther King Jr. They long to be a Suffragette. Unfortunately those battles have been won already, they are reaping the rewards, that they should be fucking grateful for and here they are now attacking white straight men and spouting the ridiculous “white privilege”, often at blokes who have grown up on council estates and worked hard.

They are St George retired and are waving their sword at thin air... the problem has disappeared.

MRP Poll is out. Correctly predicted hung parliament last time.

CON: 359 LAB: 211 SNP: 43 LDEM: 13

Labour are fucked.

It predicts Tories take 44 seats off Labour? I just cannot see that ( Cummings agrees with me ) - I reckon no overall majority for any party which will be piss funny as 2 consecutive PM's will have called an election to enact "the will of the people" and will have been thwarted by "the will of the people"

Lucy Powell on Peston just quoting that leave voters in Labour areas aren't being won over by Corbyn's Brexit policy. Really? She's only just noticed? Unbelievable Jeff.

Also liked her opinion that the 100,000 asked in the Yougov poll wasn't a prediction because those she's asked on the doorstep say different. Unbelievable again, Jeff.

Unless you are a student.
You can vote twice.
Once in your home.
And once again in your university town.
The last election was held in university term time and the city of Canterbury fell to Labour.
First time ever. . .because of of deluded students.
So the students either drop out and fuck off or finish their degree then fuck off leaving the poor people of Canterbury with a total spunk trumpet who they don't want.
The law should be changed to make sure that if you are voting in a constituency you actually permanently live there.

It's illegal for anyone to vote in an election twice.

Fact.
Students can .
Depending on when an election is held.
They can be registered to vote in their home ward and their universities ward or con .
Why do you think Canterbury fell?
Labour are despised in Canterbury.
It's also legal to vote twice in the same local elections if you are a corrupt Labour supporting businessman/councillor in Rochdale.
Vote twice.
Get caught.
No worries.
The council shuts its mouth and votes to let you carry on.
Lies ??
YouTube it.
Google is your friend.

Voting twice in a general election is illegal. Voting in multiple council elections is legal. It amazes me that you don't have to specify your previous residence when you register so this can be checked.

I'm not voting for Corbyn, I believe him to be a liar and his handling of the anti-Semitism in his party has been disgraceful.

So instead I'm voting for someone I know to be a racist, homophobic, serial liar.

Sure Islamaphobia is a problem in the Tory party, but I'm more comfortable with that type of racism and yes they wont release the report on Russian interference but a few smelly students voted twice. I can overlook all that mainly because having a go at more left leaning policies that might work scares me more.

After 9 years of running the country into the ground the racist, homophobic serial liar has promised us this time it'll be different and who are we not to believe him.

Vote for Lib Dems or Greens? Are you mad?

BREXIT!!!!!!
