So the SNP record on Education is a concern given that Scotlands OECD Ratings have dropped since 2000 when they were well 'above average'. There is also the binning of the much touted Education bill as well so your criticism has some merit. Set against this though is the fact that over 500 schools have been built or significantly refurbished. On health, the austerity policy has reduced the amount Scotland gets to run the Health Service but it still has a great deal of discretion on how those funds are utilised. On a like for like basis, Scotland has more beds and GP's per 10,000 of population than England and shorter hospital waiting times. They have had problems with the building of flagship new hospitals so its not all good.

you forgot to mention the improvements to child care, building 70,000 new affordable homes, free university education, the small business bonus scheme, scrapping of prescription charges, a new modern apprentice scheme, baby boxes for all new mothers, banning fracking and encouraging clean energy - a very significant proportion of Scotlands electricity comes from wind power, free bus passes, scrapping of bridge tolls................

In terms of plans for independence imo they lost the first referendum because of the lack of answers around key questions. They will lose again if they repeat this mistake. Sturgeon is a competent politician though and it would surprise me if they make similar mistakes a second time round and I don't believe she will carry a vote on the back of some 'brave heart' nonsense. The thought of an independent Scotland has become far more attractive to many though as a direct reaction to Brexit and Johnson. The Scottish people have spoken and reject Johnson behaviours, principles and policies in much the same way as England has rejected Corbyn. He would do well to treat this very seriously which I doubt he will do. The scene is set for a constitutional crisis that will run until a second referendum is granted.

What now for the SNP, Boris got a huge majority and doesn’t need anyone from the other side of the house to do his bidding. A vote for the SNP looks like a protest vote that doesn’t get Scotland any say anymore. I wonder if the electorate up there will start to drift back to the two major parties as another referendum on leaving is a lot further away from where they thought they were at 7am on Thursday.

With the majority that Boris has got does he have to give any of the opposition a say? He can force through what he likes now, he doesn’t have to appease Sturgeon with another referendum vote. The SNP are party of one policy just like The Brexit party is, why keep voting in a party that can’t do what it’s prime policy is?

Until she’s questioned on Scotland’s deficit, requirements they’d have to meet to join the EU or the specific details around what a withdrawal agreement would look like for Scotland and she falls into a pathetic puddle of quick sand.

The deficit, Scotland's share of the national debt, divorce payments and ultimately Scotlands ability to match EU requirements will be the main battleground and it will be very dirty indeed. GERS has increasingly been used to undermine the independence case over the last 5 years. and will need to be unpicked so allocations are far more transparent than they are just now.
