Lovely pleasantries from you as ever. For the record I've only ever provided you with constructive criticism, and admittedly there has been a lot of that which you've chosen to disregard, but I've never made it personal towards you. You've generally always responded with vitriol, and never addressed the constructive criticism.
If its costing the club "hundreds of thousands of pounds", and you are insinuating that is effectively the reason all season card holders had to pay an increase, I would have hoped (but sadly not expected) the season card representative would have questioned the contract, and come to the conclusion that the Thomas Cook deal wasn't viable. Thomas Cook made their money from the home game packages and that's what they pay us for, so just take the "Official Away Travel" rights away from them and don't give them to anyone else. If they still want to put a flight on great, if not City aren't out of pocket and no supporters are any worse off.
How much do City have to pay Spike to offer the exact same thing, often slightly cheaper?
20, 30, 50 tickets or more doesn't matter, 1 is bad enough if that means you miss out.
