The long awaited development of Etihad Campus has finally started. :-)

Even without the NS expansion the Etihad looks impressive.

A NS 20,000-25,000 single or double tiered stand would finish the Etihad off perfectly.

the view from the legends suite in the South stand is stunning too. I love the Etihad and it’s only gonna get better

Agreed the interior is stunning, BUT, the exterior is appaling, dull and looking in need of a lot of TLC.

The South East corner looks with the extra seats linked to the pub development. It would make sense for there to be another pub in the South Wedt corner IMHO.

Maybe the rumours of City seeking a new shirt sponsorship deal could affect the North Stand expansion prospects if the ground naming rights were up for renegotiation? All guesswork on my part of course.

There’s probably a fair bit that could be done with the exterior but I like to see the greyness of the stadium as I approach the ground. It doesn’t look right on a bright sunny day but they doesn’t happen to often. The posters on the outside of the ground give a bit of colour.

Not sure if it will affect City's fans travel to the Etihad but Metrolink expansion is expected to reach Stockport around 2030! Work expected to start in 2025. That means 5 years of roadworks.
