I know but the Adjudicatory Chamber (AC) must have assessed it and then dismissed it. They can not be dismissed in the same way as the Investigatory Chamber. Soriano noticeably criticised the work of the Investigatory Chamber but I struggle to see how the AC ignored City's evidence. There was a hearing I believe too.

CAS will review the process as well as the evidence which give City two lines of attack however.

The initial CAS report gives City some encouragement but it still makes me very nervous when in the face of evidence so called financial experts are still almost 100% opposed to City. Look at the way David Conn responded to PB's piece of evidence. He just changed his line of attack. This is political and not a technical dispute. It does not matter what the evidence says, the liberal intelligentsia want to find City guilty because they are Emirati. I think it is as simple as that.

Whether City are lucky enough to find 3 judges who have some integrity we shall have to wait and see. Because it's political, we should be worried. There's nothing we can do about that.
Why do you think its political?

Which evidence are you talking about there?

David Conn reported a couple of days ago that Legal press reporting that City would be represented by Pannick QC who was in the same London chambers as Charles Flint who was on UEFA's AC.
What have Pannick and Flint, and their relationship, got to do with the point you were advancing, namely that people within UEFA and the CAS Judges were drawn from the same milieu?, viz:

City are in the hands of a group of judges now. I am not sure why we should trust them any more than we should trust the UEFA AC. They are drawn from exactly the same milieu of people.

This inflating claim is nonsense as even a brief look at transfermkt would show. It is propaganda by Bayern and Teabag.

During the minutes silence at the Rag v Watford match, the commentator said Harry Gregg was signed for a world record fee for a goalkeeper. They have been doing it since the mid fifties.

They come from a small group of people who must know each other, go to the same conferences, go through the same education, read the same journals.

The AC will not be too dissimilar from CAS in terms of the background of the people involved.

What concerns me is the amount of negative media coverage the club has had over this, which is pretty much unprecedented in the history of football or any other team sport - I wonder what sort of impact this will have on CAS's decision. Whatever the evidence shows or doesn't show, it's going to take a very brave tribunal to find in our favour given the backlash that will undoubtedly ensue.

I just don’t believe they didn’t look at it. I agree on the point about the books to an extent, although the AC clearly feel like they have enough evidence regardless. I’m not sure what context can be added to a few of the emails tbh, which is why I personally really want to see what our defence was/is. If it is on procedural issues as well as the admissibility then that’s fine.

Then the hopelessness of UEFA will come as quite the surprise to you when this over.

Not really anything else I can add.

What you are basically saying is the process UEFA followed was correct and by procedure and that Manchester City are telling lies.

Ah well.....

Don't forget that one of the main parts of City's CAS complaint from May was that the IC had made judgement without allowing the club to fully present it's case, didn't respond to requests of information and didn't follow their own processes.
All in order to pass it to the AC on the eve of the 5 year anniversary of the 2014 Settlement Agreement. Hmmm... I wonder why ;)
