I've got my ticket but it's fucking hilarious seeing people say "Just pick them up at Wembley". It's always easy when it's not yourself isn't it? Now it might not be too much of an issue for those who plan on hanging round the stadium on the day for a few hours, but for those with other plans it's a fucking ballache. Seriously though, I had to get there to pick my ticket up for one game. Fortunately the weather was fine but this Sunday it could be pretty unpleasant for those having to queue. One other thing, they wrote my seat details in with a biro and when I got inside the stewards told me my seat didn't exist. Make sure your details are correct before you leave the ticket office window.

How does the arrogant ignorant prick know it’s 1%? Based on how many are going out so late, and the fact that the ticket office can’t say which have been posted and which haven’t suggests it’s likely to be a lot more than 1%. Just getting through to them on the phone on Thursday or Friday will be a challenge. But anyway ManCityX has his so everything is ok

I start a new job on Thursday so (a) I won’t know if the tickets have been delivered and (b) it will hardly be an auspicious start if I am in the phone to the THICKet office for a couple of hours. To make matters worse we all have to listen to Hugh the ferret while waiting to speak to someone who won’t know what day it is

Use Twitter, supporter services, they respond very quickly.

Start by tweeting how upset you are etc, they then ask you to DM them.

Perfectly encapsulates what normal fans have to endure when dealing with the utterly incompetent and totally uninterested supporter services / ticket office.

I bet all the fuckin Madrid corporates who’ll be sat in our section for the CL home game won’t have any of these kind of problems.
