10 cases of Tesco Tawny Port, 5 pots of of Patum Peperium and 10 Warburton Toasties?Just completed my Armageddon shop. No signs of panic buying just yet.
No booze, surprisingly. If we’re in lockdown for a couple of weeks I’ll use the opportunity to get fit and give my liver a much needed rest. Was going to do a dry March anyway (Sunday excepted)10 cases of Tesco Tawny Port, 5 pots of of Patum Paperium and 10 Warburton Toasties?
Don't forget some pots of fresh Basil to lift your pesto pasta, is stera - sterilized milk or steradent? No booze, surprisingly. If we’re in lockdown for a couple of weeks I’ll use the opportunity to get fit and give my liver a much needed rest. Was going to do a dry March anyway (Sunday excepted)
Lots of dried pasta, pesto, tinned tomatoes, baked beans, tinned sardines, chilli, garlic, stera - plus bog roll in order to facilitate my attempt at beating my wanking personal best. Will need the internet to stay intact, obviously.
Good shout on the basil, George. Might go back later once I’ve taken stock. Could do with more frozen veg too, but I’m struggling for space.Don't forget some pots of fresh Basil to lift your pesto pasta, is stera - sterilized milk or steradent?
If it prevents Liverpool winning the league I perfectly understand the precautionary measures but the reality is they will probably just hand them the title anywayI know it has been mentioned in the Liverpool thread but now the first person has been identified, who has contracted the COVID-19 disease in the UK from an unknown source, it becomes highly likely that in the near future cinemas, theatres, gigs, sporting events and even religious services may be called off.
Goodness knows how this will effect football - I think they will try to play UEFA, Premier League and Championship games behind closed doors to begin with, but I don't think that will last as some Italian football players are currently infected.
How do you feel about it - especially the way it will effect our beloved MCFC?

After hopefully bagging the LC on Sunday I'm fine with the season being cancelled afterwards.
The meltdown on Merseyside would be worth enjoying far more than a potential FA CUP & CL haul.

Painful as it seems, Liverpool deserve the title this season.
^^^As anyone who's played Plague Inc knows, you maximise infection rate and minimise mortality, get your infection numbers as high and as widespread as possible and then mutate and kill everyone.Long read on the problems Coronavirus poses not least of which is the low mortality rate

Or if it does kick off I'm going round squirtyflowers gaff
@mancityvstoke sell you a bolt cutter for £100?I put the barbed wire up last week
We also live in the middle of fucking nowhere!
Total overkill. They're not going to ban anything. If they shut down a football game, cinema or whatever they're also going to have to shut down all schools, nurseries, workplaces, or basically anywhere where people get together.
