The last two weeks have made me as giddy as a child with a 10p mix in the 80's.

The nation was being constantly asked;

Is this the best team ever?
Is Klipperty the best manager ever?
Is Dick van Dyke the best defender ever?
Will Liverpool's achievements be the best ever?
Has any team ever done what Liverpool are set to do this season?

Well answers have been provided in no uncertain terms over the past fortnight.
No. They've only won the league (and that's not a certainty at the moment)
No. He bottles cup competitions and has lost 3 out of 8 in a competition they claim they're royalty in.
No. He's very good but let's not wank over a player who has only won a domestic title in a Scottish league where Rangers weren't even present.
No. They'll be comparable with Blackburn Rovers 1994/95, Leicester City 2015/16 and Leeds United in 1991/92.
Yes. See above.

The constant quest to put them top of lists is exhausting. We can sit back for another twelve months minimum and know that our 2019/20 season was unique in 140 years of English football.

even if liverpool go on to beat our 100 point season we was the first team to do it, just like the first man on the moon anybody else does it means nothing

one trophy now and again club hahahahah

manchester city win the treble and still never make the back pages hahahaha how funny is the media and how they controls headlines, even last night after getting dumped out the biggest competition in football at club level liverpool are the greatest team to win the premier league and klopp is the best manager in the world hahaha nailed on manager of the season, team of the year, PFA player of the season, young player of the season, the writers awards fuck me anything in a red shirt wins the awards

hahahahhahahahahahahaahahaah

I get it now with this winning one trophy at irregular intervals. So seeing them top of the league is an 'occasional table' . Not an item of furniture.?
Just had unpleasant thoughts about ring marks on furniture and Robertson. Not even going to try and find the link

Can l add just one question?
Von Klopp is often referred to as being charismatic by the media. Why?

Haha. Hope the PL gets cancelled as it should for the greater good of humanity.
Oh and for the CL exit, "Adrian, you little dancer!!".

Robertson implying they like a dive by repeatedly saying they like to "fall over".

The snivelling little maggot obviously doesn't mind when Mane and Salah like to fall over.

The fucker clearly has no sense of irony or awareness when posting that shit.

It's no wonder they are hated so much.

He's just a whiner, how can he criticise a team when his own brand of kick and rush is offensive to the eye?

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says their Champions League last-16 defeat by Atletico Madrid "doesn't feel right" and criticised the La Liga side's style of play.

Klopp suggested Diego Simeone's Atletico do not play "proper football".

7 CL Defeats in 2 Seasons up to last 16 in 2020

"On his touchline Simeone pranced and prowled, dressed as ever like a minor ensemble cast member of the Sopranos, here to buy you a drink then stab you in the throat with an oyster knife."

Superb prose from Ronay above.

Meanwhile Klopp is outraged that Athletico have the temerity to beat them twice and Taggart`s bag carrier, Michael Owen, has a hissy fit. They take defeat well at the end of the M62 and in North Wales.

It was worth staying up for a happy ending.

RAWK in reply to an Atlético Madrid fan.....

You were effective because we gifted you, make no mistake. You didn’t get through because of great tactics, you got battered. You’ve essentially won a boxing match by getting battered, bruised, you’ve been knocked down numerous times and when you’ve been knocked down one of your teeth has hit us in the eye. That’s it. Your sewer rat of a manager didn’t produce some master class of defensive football, your sewer rat players didn’t produce some master class of defensive football. You didn’t rope a dope. You didn’t successfully park the bus ala Mourinho. If you know the Premier League, you’ll know Burnley. That’s literally you. The Spanish Burnley and the Argentine Dyche. And the sad thing is you’ve had some phenomenal players and have wasted them. You’ve won as many European Cups, and that’ll be the same when the season finishes.

Good luck in the next round if you get Abu Dhabi though
