They won't void it. They'll shunt the Euros to 2021 and finish the leagues in the Summer (assuming that the situation will be better then).

If they did that they will have too relegate the teams at the bottom, because the teams at the top of the other leagues will also expect to be awarded the title and be promoted.

So what you are saying is that only the pl can have a champion and the lower level league current leaders will simply have to roll over

So the thought by some now is cancel the euros and continue league upto July, so when do we start next season, also its said the peak will be at that time, its going to be an interesting time ahead as to what's going to be done, and to be honest the people making these decisions don't fill me with confidence.

There’s only 17 CL games left to play, whereas there’s over 90 PL games left still.

Add to that the fact that Euro 2020 is being postponed and the virus will hopefully be on the wane in 2-3 months and it suddenly opens the door for the CL to be played in the summer. It’s UEFA’s flagship competition and there’s a fair few big guns left in it still for it to be pushed forward by the cartel clubs. It would make sense for them from a commercial perspective alone given that there will be a void to be filled due to Euro 2020’s postponement.

Wishful thinking perhaps but there is definitely a scenario in which the league is voided but the CL continues. Even if the league is awarded to the dippers, it will be with an asterisk next to their name and our records will be safe—I really can’t see how the remaining 90 games would be played at this point. Watford did humanity a favour by beating them, so they won’t even be able to call themselves invincible.

I can see Leeds and West Brom being promoted whilst no one else goes down and the league cup being scrapped for next year to accommodate the four additional fixtures.
