The only Premier League we'll watch for the next few months is the Russian Premier League. All other leagues are suspended..
I was going to post in the mental health thread how worried I am about the transfer forum, politics forum and off topic. We've all seen the madness in there when football only stops for a couple of months each Summer.Footballs dead.
What the hell are we going to do without the match day thread?
Sounds like something a City fan might sayOverheard a dipper in the gym say he wouldn't be suprised if City were "behind Coronavirus" and had planted it to stop them winning the league.
More the fool you for having sky sports. Rip off merchants with a 5% increase in prices. Not subscribed to their sports for years. Sacked my minimum TV and broadband package off with them, continued with my IPTV subscription and moved to BT. Saving nearly 40 quid a month and due £180 cashback. I ain't funding the dipper and rag love in!I’ll be phoning sky tomorrow to postpone my sky sports package until the games start up again,it’s the only reason I take the package well apart from F1 and the odd bit of golf, but the F1 has now been suspended as well..
I don't think the two are mutually exclusive.
I'd say the percentage is higher on Uefa calling an end to European comps.
The Premier League are an absolute disgrace on this one. They are dithering because Liverpool are so far ahead and are still hoping for an out.
The players will have the final say and there will be enough rightly concerned to call it quits this season.
They are expensive commodities and can afford to sit it out for as long as needs be, rather than put their health and that of their families at risk.
I have been appalled today by the narrative and topic of conversation by the usual suspects in our media.
All asking how games can continue, from a fiscal point of view.
Thousands of people already dead and we ain't even in the eye of the hurricane in this country yet.
How many deaths are acceptable for others to find their moral fucking compass?
I'm probably out of work now for the foreseeable future, it will certainly be a testing few months ahead for me and my family.
You know what, I couldn't give a fuck. All I am focused on is keeping my family now healthy and safe.
Hoping people can get by and protect those they love.
Everything else, certainly football, means Jack shit.
Jesus Christ I forgot about the transfer forum!I was going to post in the mental health thread how worried I am about the transfer forum, politics forum and off topic. We've all seen the madness in there when football only stops for a couple of months each Summer.
Talk to them, I believe they're being very accomodating at the moment as regards Sky Sports. I doubt it would allow you to cancel the whole thing but you should be able to get the Sports off the bill.Think I am tied in. Have cancelled BT as month to month on that
I can see a 6000 page Pogba thread once the madness starts with many enigmatic (useless) clues from embedded youtube pop videos. Proper end of days stuffJesus Christ I forgot about the transfer forum!

Cancelled here in Ireland. Supposed to be going to The Who on Wednesday. Tickets will be valid if concert is rescheduled at a later date. What’s the score on gigs? Surely they are not ideal in terms of gatherings. The experts pretty much admitted yesterday that being in close proximity indoors is worse than outdoors. I haven’t see anything about gigs being cancelled.
The WHO are touring? God they’re really cashing in on their moment in the spotlight, but it’s good they’re getting out there to spread their message.Cancelled here in Ireland. Supposed to be going to The Who on Wednesday. Tickets will be valid if concert is rescheduled at a later date.
The practicality of it is not only the 3 Arena but the tram (LUAS as it’s called here) journey down to it is crammed for every concert.
I travel an hour from work back into Dublin on this LUAS and all last week, at the last two stops before I get off crowds of youngsters packed on every evening for concerts further down at the 3 Arena. So many people that I would struggle to get off at my stop.
I had already decided that I would start to work from home before the country decided to take these measures. I’m glad our parliament decided to take action.
I fear though that we are in for a rough few weeks with those returning from Cheltenham. The number of cases is going to sharply increase.
People need to get over missing football or concerts or a normal social life. We’re in a delay phase.
I’m sure the clue is in the name. We’re only trying to delay the spread. Ease the impact on health services. Hopefully buy time for vaccine research.
We need to collectively do what’s best for all. Starting with your own family.
The Who can wait.
Thought you were talking about the World Health Organisation............. not Mr Daltrey and co. When's Pete's book coming out ?Cancelled here in Ireland. Supposed to be going to The Who on Wednesday. Tickets will be valid if concert is rescheduled at a later date.

To be fair he didn't have to say anything.
We all love City, but some things make football almost totally irrelevant. That's why we need some herd immunity. If it mutates to a worse form, we are well and truely are screwed.
It already mutated in China to a worse form but as far as I understand WHO bulletins that form hasn't yet escaped China.
A vaccine may or may not be available by July but failing that blood plasma from those who recover can be used to minimise the severity of any outbreak. During Spanish Flu it reduced the death rate by 50% where this technique was used
