If I test I’ve had it, now free to go about my business. But on my departure from work I unknowingly touch a door handle that had a fresh batch on it, I then transfer it to the tram handles and it transfers to a nurse who hasn’t had covid then what.

no. I know the same as everyone else. Like almost every other virus, once you've had it you gain immunity for some period of time. the WHO know that too.

The initial 3.5 milion kits will be used for health workers and other key workers first but millions more kits are on order. It is expected that they will be delivered to pharmacies and homes very quickly.
