Maybe the key NHS workers are at work at 4pm ? Surely you're going to visit these sites on the way to or from work, thereby avoiding unnecessary journeys ? Obviously those self isolating can visit at other times, but working staff aren't going in the middle of a shift.

The moment the camera was out of sight they just shot the fucker. When camera crew asked what happened the copper just shrugged and said he tried to run, dude was not one step away from where he was earlier xD

He is effective though, the country was on its knees due to drug addiction. He cleaned it up double quick. I did enjoy how he said he would slap Obama for some double standard comments he made about Duerte. Obama never attended summits where he was after that lol.

I was walking through York town centre that night, couldn't believe how rammed the pubs and bars were. Took me ages to get served.
