We don’t know because we’ve not been tested in enough numbers. It’s said that there are people who are asymptomatic despite having it.Has anybody heard of anyone actually having these "mild" symptoms? Everyone I've read who had it says it was fucking awful, even if they didnt have to go to hospital.

There are a large number of hospitals who aren’t anywhere near running out of ICU beds.
It seems to be that in some areas hospitals are having it tough and are very busy but in others it’s quiet. Very different things going on from borough to borough even if they’re next door to each other.
Could be that he’s in one of the quieter hospitals. They might just keeping him in IC as he’s not improving while they’re quiet and can afford to do that, hopefully it’s that way and he’ll be out come the end of the week.
Myself and my girlfriend have both lost our sense of taste and smell. Prior to that it was headaches, body aches, fevers, general tiredness, etc. Pretty sure we had it.Has anybody heard of anyone actually having these "mild" symptoms? Lots have had it (and presumably passed it on) without ever having any symptoms.Anything that doesn’t require hospitalisation is classed as “mild”.
Reminds me so much of the Dianna scenario, broken arm, lacerated thigh etc, ok but been monitored, taken to icu, denials, I really fear the worst. Praying to be wrong.

Would it not be appropriate to put the Politics sub forum on hold, for a short while?
