Came with a big reputation, cost a lot of money and bar the odd bit here and there was bang average. Never really improved on the years he was here and his career afterwards was all too predictable. Well, I predicted he would be playing in Turkey, that hasn’t happened but the trajectory was the same

Good shout. Typically he destroyed us the season before for Swansea, so we bought him. Thought it was just what we needed sadly despite sticking with him and just waiting for him to turn it on , he didn't. Big failure, not done much since

The original version totally agree, the Joe Corrigan who reinvented himself in the mid 70s was magnificent. If it was not for the fact of Peter Shilton and Ray Clemence, Joe would have had a century of England Caps.

Never forget sitting behind him when he was on the bench for us at Maine Road, we were playing Coventry.

He had a face like thunder and was giving the bench the evil eye, one very angry individual.

Yaya was a big match player , the bigger the game the better he played , he was a colossus for our club at his peak and he could take penalties.

The great players turn up on the biggest and greatest occasion just when they are required, that's what makes them great's and why they are paid a fortune.

Yaya Toure was a magnificent player and it was an honour to watch him in the peak years of his career.

Wilfried Bony followed closely by Jesus Navas.

Bony agreed but to be fair a vast majority were very happy when he signed.

Navas was very undervalued, a good honest player who never let us down.
