Stupid little things that bug you

I think every woman ever born does this. Chip-denial most be in their hard wiring or whatever.

The same thing happens in restaurants if you order something with chips. She will always order something without but nick at least a few of your chips. Very irritating.
A few chips are a small price to pay when I end up with a helping of her meal any way.

Wearing a high viz vest does not grant you any authority or ability to dictate to a fellow human being. You don't need to tell me to keep 2 metres apart or follow the direction of the arrows because I already know.

So fuck off!

Clapping the NHS, its ridiculous, its like 1960s USSR when people clapped for their dear leader. People stood outside their door looking like performing seals. Get a grip people.

I asked a nurse what she thought of it and her response was a massive big meh! She said it would better if people put pressure on government for more tests and ppe.
I am glad l am not the only one. Tonight l will hear not so much clapping but the now customary explosions and even a bugle.
Those shown on the news seem so smug with their 'hey look at me' expressions for the cameras. Not only close together but those on balconies could be spreading the virus as droplets by their very nature tend to drop to lower levels.
Keep up the great work NHS. I deeply appreciate your efforts even though clapping is not for me.

I've met lots of Americans on recent holidays for the past few years and when I mentioned Trump they either hate him or love him, there's no in-between...reminds me a lot of the brexit debate if you are pro brexit you're an idiot etcetera.
But at least with Brexit, there were positives to leaving the EU and positives being in the EU. Both sides were right, neither side was wrong.

With Trump, it’s close to being the funniest comedy sketch of all time!

I know he’s not actually the President. He’s used as the face of this regime, that thick twats would vote for, and that the real politicians are doing all the work in the background (but they just didn’t have the personality to get voted in, but to be fair to them they’re actually doing a pretty good job behind the circus of Trump). But all those people who voted for him and believe in him and that he’s a great president, they’re fucking proper nutjobs!

People who say “Roomania” instead of “Romania”.
That's a legacy of the English spelling of the country as Rumania until quite recently (1975 according to Wikipedia). The problem being when these spellings change people don't know whether they are seeing a changed English word or the foreign spelling and need confirmation that the pronunciation needs changing too. It begs the question why change it? In this case (again from Wiki) it may be that 'Rumania' only described a portion of Romania and it was causing confusion somewhere, a bit like Holland/Netherlands I guess. However, as examples, Germany doesn't demand we say Deutschland, and we don't demand the French not to use Angleterre, so having our own word and/or pronunciation (including regional variations) for a country is legitimate.

Of course I could be talking roobish.

This illustrates exactly what I was saying :)

The stupidly white teeth celebrities have. It makes them look ridiculous!

Katherine Jenkins is on Sky News at the moment and her teeth are so white they make her look like she’s not human. Just looks like a doll.

My eyes used to focus somewhat lower. Now my eyes will be drawn to her teeth.
Now that does bug me and they are not small things either;)

People who post obvious nonsense on fb. Sadly my niece is one of the worst offenders, i love you Alex but christ lass, think on a bit. Stuff like "if you repost this you will get 2 free dominoes pizzas, just click this link www.123abcdominoeszzz.net to collect"

99% of her posts i can automatically reply with the snopes website because it is hard to tell someone their photo is next to the word gullible in the dictionary without coming off as a bit of an arse.

There’s a woman on my Facebook. Can’t spell for shit.

I think she must have once been corrected for “your” and now uses “you’re” for the possessive. She says “are” instead of “our” street etc.

So she posts all these “99% of people can’t get all these grammar questions” nonsense. She got 100% and posts it telling people how clever she is. I go to do it, get some deliberately wrong and got, wait for it, 100% and a kind offer to post on Facebook.

I told her this and that she was just posting free adverts and she’d probably got some wrong herself. She never answered!

Harry Hill. I can honestly say I have never laughed at anything he has ever said. How the fuck did he get a spot on TV??

Oh come on, you cannot be serious ? That huge shirt collar, I laugh every time I see that. It has been funny for 10 years at least and shows that good comedy can stand the test of time.
