Police guidelines published in yesterday’s Times say you can go for a short drive into the country to take exercise as long as the walk is longer than the drive.where have you seen/heard this?
Doesn't say yes or noI can't see what's unclear there?

I kid you not.
Ok. Thank you. When they issue the numbers they say the grey are provisional and likely to change. It's clear that they still get corrected several days after no longer being classed as provisional. i kept the grey out of convenience.
Um. Oh.
I'm guessing there wasn't an indication of what is a 'short drive'.
Fuck me the roads will be packed, honestly what are they thinking, we might as well just forget the lockdown, the reason there are spaces in ICUs is because of lockdown and management, release the hounds and we will be fucked within a week.Police guidelines published in yesterday’s Times say you can go for a short drive into the country to take exercise as long as the walk is longer than the drive.

I’ve got an appointment to give blood next week, will they test to see if you’ve had covid19 when they take blood does anyone know? Surely they should be looking.Or just to give blood...
That would be far too sensible a suggestion.I’ve got an appointment to give blood next week, will they test to see if you’ve had covid19 when they take blood does anyone know? Surely they should be looking.
Just how unclear is "Do not drive unnecessarily"?Doesn't say yes or no
Watching J Van Tam on the select committee. The apparent blueing of his eyes is quite disconcerting.

Has the second wave begun ?
I have started ordering mine through a email to the doctors, about 7 days before i need them, they then send my prescription straight to my chemist. Didn't need to register either. However i did get the email address from the doctors just before all of this shit kicked off. If you can contact your doctors, it could be the way to go.Handed off a repeat prescription at the docs yesterday to be met by someone covered in plastic explaining that we should have done it online. After getting home I checked to see if I could apply online to have the monthly prescriptions done online and it wouldn't allow me to register to do it.
The advice given was to visit the surgery to get documentation so now I have to go to the surgery which is locked up like fort knox because nobody is answering the phones. I'm in possession of all my faculties it makes me wonder how isolated old folk feel in all this.
I’ve been informed by the blood service that they are not checking for Convid 19. Apparently the way the blood is treated after a donation kills the virus anyway.I’ve got an appointment to give blood next week, will they test to see if you’ve had covid19 when they take blood does anyone know? Or the people reading it to have 3 brain cellssadly not. That would require the person writing the guidelines to have two brain cells.
