And that is the inherent risk of agenda driven intelligence tasking. The purpose of a collection plan is to obtain intelligence and data in order to inform. If it is skewed from the start in order to show what someone wants it to show then it has no credible value. It has to be assessed, verified, corroborated or conversely shown to be inaccurate, unreliable or sometimes false. If as it seems here they know what they want any intelligence to represent then it will be meaningless.if there is one ounce of evidence the US pick up on that this is anything other that it seems, im afraid its goodnight vienna, the worrying thing is Trump might just find something thats not there
