Why did you think the papers all went together based on his throwaway comments?Give over. What a load of hogwash.
What exactly do you suggest? Never go out and never go online? Avoid all contact with humans? I'm sick to death of people. This has already affected people I love and no doubt will affect many more in the coming months due to their behaviour. Fuck em all.
Cheers twosips. Stay strong and safe.Just hope my family are too! Fingers crossed for you and your family.
I've found this last week my mood changing somewhat, becoming more lethargic, finding it hard to motivate myself to do anything. I think my wife is feeling the same way as well and trouble is brewing. Anyone else feeling the same?
That's flimsy, at best. Let's not politicise people acting like entitled fucking bell-ends.mixed messages all week and his throw away comments, once all the front pages went together the public have their excuse
they are all bellends but don't give them an extra excuseThat's flimsy, at best. Let's not politicise people acting like entitled fucking bell-ends.
It's a bit like a "well, a bloke said in the pub"...
Try to set yourself things to do. Read that book you have been meaning to, Learn a skill from YouTube, not an easy situation for you, or indeed many people for that matter. Most important, try and maintain a positivity. Have a chat with your wife and calmly tell each other how you are both feeling. Problem shared etc. Obviously these are mere platitudes but as is my new mantra, stay strong and safe.I've found this last week my mood changing somewhat, becoming more lethargic, finding it hard to motivate myself to do anything. Seriously? It's an excuse not a reason. You're excusing them. The blame lies with them. No one else.they are all bellends but don't give them an extra excuse
I am not excusing them in the slightestSeriously? It's an excuse not a reason. You're excusing them. The in blame lies with them. No one else.
Morrisons near me was selling 16kg bags of the stuff. Made a nice sourdough loaf yesterday as it goes. It's the ones who have made bread before but suddenly started stockpiling that annoy me. I know I appear to be taking your post far too seriously, I'm really not. :-)But not "how to make sourdough bread". It's hard enough trying to buy flour as it is. The whole world has gone on a mad sourdough making spree!
I'm fine now. Apart from a very occasional twinge. That's unimaginable. It sounds like you're going through the whole tick list.
Because they're arse wipesWhy did you think the papers all went together based on his throwaway comments?
FFS. Wallowing in it online and on TV won’t help. Get out of your flat. Volunteer. Learn a new skill. If you look for the negative everywhere, you’ll certainly find it.What exactly do you suggest? From what I gather, there isn't a shortage of flour at all, it's a shortage of small bags of flour. Barely any of the flour produced is packaged and sold to in the 1kg bags people buy in supermarkets, but the vast majority is sold in those giant bags to businesses and the like. So people buying big bags aren't really an issue at all, weirdly enoughMorrisons near me was selling 16kg bags of the stuff. Made a nice sourdough loaf yesterday as it goes. Only about 25% of flour produced normally goes to the retail trade so you are absolutely correct. I have given away a few bags of flour to my neighbours when I managed to find them, (the flour that is) as I always seem to have a large stock of the stuff. From what I gather, there isn't a shortage of flour at all, it's a shortage of small bags of flour.
