Keir Starmer

The backstabbers at party HQ who weaponised AS and made it an issue have obviously convinced you.

Funny though, now Mr Woodenhead is leader everyone has stopped being anti-semitic and everything is rosy in the garden, the media fawn over him and praise his forensic ability. I mean calling Johnsons schools strategy "mismanagement" is cutting aint it. That gets right to the heart of the matter and the establishment must be shaking in their boots lol

Don't look in that mirror though, you may see the ghosts of 50k people who should still be with us.

No, 80% of British Jews surveyed who said they were worried about Labour convinced me.

I listen to victims and potential victims.

The last line is hyperbole, I live in a seat that’s only every been Tory or LibDem and Labour have never got close. Even if I’d have wanted a Labour government I would have voted LibDem tactically.

The simple truth is the Tories got most votes and Labour got second most, if anyone is unhappy with those two large parties you need to put the blame with the people who put an X in those boxes. Some of us have views that are not in step with a largely self interested and apathetic populace. We cannot change this.

Anyone but the young and naive should have worked this out a long time ago. Most of the left on here come next election will moan a lot, claim Labour are Tory light and then vote for them anyway. Tory voters aren’t even really worth discussing tbf. Unless huge amounts of them hit skid row it’s a pointless exercise.

I would just say trying to guilt trip people or pointing the finger at them for exercising their democratic right, isn’t something I’m in the business of supporting, that’s something I’ve learned since 2016.

Politics used to be a private matter unless you worked in it, I think we’ve lost something by turning it into like supporting your football club.

I believe you finally:-) went with the Lib Dem’s so you can always say you didn’t vote for either of the useless status quo parties whether that was your true motive or not. Politically I don’t have a high regard for tactical voters either tbh.

I always picked a side in GE’s, going for the main two.

The IFS said the LibDems was the only one fully costed and I preferred Swinson to the other two, which wasn’t hard.

I didn’t vote tactically and I didn’t do it so could sit on a high horse.

The shit doesn’t smell as bad when sat on a high horse so it’s an option that’s worth exploring for that reason alone:-)

Letters been sent out to activists suspending them for having the termerity to demand things such as investigations into internal racism and release of the leaked report into election sabotage. As Sir Keir has an image to cultivate with the Murdochrasy they are quite happy not to report it.

Ive said it before and I’ll say it again, the Labour Party is a cesspit.

I think we're going the way of the US with 2 parties with not much difference between them. Until they vote to reform our system were going to get a choice of red/blue or whichever extreme party chosen to split votes.

The cheeky **** is now taking credit for the pressure Rashford put on the Government

Well that’s a different topic than the racism and subsequent use of racism to in-fight, in the Labour Party.

I don’t think Starmer has moved from centre left, more like the Tories have moved towards the left under Johnson.

This seems a bit one sided. The party membership was in need of a purge. The kind scum that tried to drive out Lucianan Burger and others for being jewish and held events with known anti-semities were long overdue getting the boot. This is no doubt the action that Corbyn refused to take. Good to see it happening.

You mean he thanks Rashford for his important intervention on a day when Labour had already forced a Parliamentary debate on the issue...

Can we get Rashford to say Johnson should sack Cummings? That No Deal Brexit will hurt families like his?

The government u-turning on a policy because a footballer has pushed it is probably the most spineless thing I’ve ever heard.

Johnson might as well dissolve the government and enforce a direct democracy, with every decision going to a referendum, as he’s governing purely based on public pressure.

Did they actually drive her out for being Jewish, or was she facing deselection for other reasons and happened to be Jewish too? A subtle but important distinction. My understanding is that her stance on Brexit and Corbyn was at odds with the party membership in the safe seat she'd been parachuted into.

Headed that way ever since labour became a party run by lawyers rather than trade unionists. Being a Labour party MP is just a convenient route to power now for lawyers that don't want to lose their guardian reading credentials by joint the Conservatives, and are too ambitious/power hungry to go lib dem.

My understanding is that came into it, her views were at odds with the leadership and the hordes of new members on the left but the rabid mob intensified in trying to deselect her because she called out Corbyn for sitting on his arse during the antisemitism crisis in the party.

Despite the fact they didn’t get on and despite the fact she was critical of him, he had the responsibility to support one of his MPs, who was facing disgusting racial abuse and threats in his name and he didn’t even pick up the phone to her.
