Had email weeks ago to say I would be refunded for ST but not a peep since. Anyone else in same position?
I’ve been refunded for my own season card but I’m still waiting one the one I buy for our SC Branch

Was owed 254 from my season card which they emailed me,and bin credited with 163 today ,seems strange it’s not all of it

He means maybe they are sending six individual payments for the six home games but only four have cleared so far

Had emails with refund details about the 2 of my ST but not the other 2. Not sure how they process them and it what order but I suspect I ll be chasing them over the weekend as Captain Cockup will not doubt strike again as it does with most companies who can’t get anything rightHaven't a clue what that means.
