No alaba or Thiago for us thenHe’s signed his contract, by all accounts.
If it were a possibility we’d hold out till cas decision on letting Leroy go

It's a shame because Alaba would have sorted out our long-running left back problem. I can't think of anyone else of his quality in that position. No alaba or Thiago for us then

Well I for one will not sleep easily knowing that. Can’t help feeling Bayern have dropped a massive bollock with the reported salary, sounds like it’s gonna be double that of Coman & Gnabry who’ve produced the goods for them already (in wide areas) they’ve already had Coutinho come in for a season & do naff all on massive money....maybe it’s win win and they get a tune out of them/raise their performance, but I reckon it will blow up in their faces & there’ll be more knocks at the door than emu’s pink windmill
It is a mixture, sane would have be a brilliant option given his proven worth in the teamGo on the internet Karen, Google "player name" then "stats" then "season"
However, yet again you've completed airbrushed over the point. It's not Mahrez Vs sane.
Do you think Sanes injury has been the major factor on us falling behind this season, or do you think the loss of laporte and Vinnie, the positional switch of fernandinho and our left back issues have been more damaging? That was the argument that you jumped in the middle of.
Don't act like you don't know then, which colour shirt will you be wearing later ?Stalker
£55mWas it stellar business acumen to let the situation deteriorate to such a point where we had to accept £50m for a player worth double that
Dead right, let's not forget that his goal, which he was totally determined
to score, was as important as Aguero's.
What then happens to Mendy ?It's a shame because Alaba would have sorted out our long-running left back problem. I can't think of anyone else of his quality in that position.

Nowt we could do I don't think. Once he wasn't picked for the Germany World Cup squad that was it. Think he would have stayed otherwise. We haven't had many dark moments since the takeover by The Sheikh - F A Cup Final 2013, C. L. QF 2nd leg last season; more previous, not qualifying for the CL in May 2010, etc - but this is one of those dark moments for me - losing a player of his ability. Losing important games, whilst gutting at the time, has the potential to be compensated for..................' there's always next season '...................
Leroy, in my opinion, could have become one of the best players in the World - pre injury, anyway...............we can only see if he will be as good as he was at City as he will be with Bayern Munich. Certainly, he is one of the most exciting players in the World for me; his skill, runs at defences, cutting in and shooting scoring and goals/assists are what we pay to go to watch football for. When he signed and started at City, we knew we had a special player - had he played all or part of this season, who knows how things might have turned out. Of course, that is all speculation but look at the games at Norwich, home to/at Wolves and both League games against United - he'd have added something different.
I accept that if a player doesn't want to stay, we can't force him to do so and he's got his own reasons for going - probably one of them being not enough game time and, possibly, his relationship with Pep. I'm not even going to comment on the fee they paid for him.................
Dark day for me and I hope it doesn't get any worse later on............
Get to many matches ?Don't act like you don't know then, which colour shirt will you be wearing later ?
