pep coming out and saying that is crazy and setting himself up for a big fall ? the club should not be letting the media ask pep questions about the CAS case. it should be football only questions and games coming up, silly by the media team at city again and the feeling i get every time there is a interview the media person is so weak and he should be all over the media when a question like that is asked

Unless the proof of innocence is irrefutable I would be surprised if CAS gave us complete exoneration and thru out the case completely? If the case is that dodgy why would UEFA have banned us in the first place, it just makes them look incompetent. Is it not the case that most arbitration services look to try and keep most parties happy? Therefore we might find ourselves looking at a 1 season ban come Monday. I could obviously be wrong and truly hope I am, but this is just the pessimistic blue in me.

You are and yes it is Arbitration by its nature would look for a verdict that satisfies both parties But in this case it will be upheld or thrown out

There are clearly messages going around amongst people connected with the Club that we've been cleared, but that doesn't mean they're in any way accurate.

Obviously I have huge issues with UEFA and I find some elements of the Champions League format hugely frustrating but I absolutely love the European matches. Regardless of the issues, I just cannot get my head around any City fan not enjoying watching us play in Europe and saying they aren't arsed about it etc. Even on a very basic level, just seeing us play different teams from the ones we play in the Prem every year gives it some extra level of interest.
