Bored and can't sleep, just looked up the time difference between CAS's announcement for Chelsea's appeal and Chelsea's official statement on the verdict. About a 6 hour gap. Don't think they were informed beforehand.

Not entirely sure if that matters. It could, but not sure that it does.

Thinking about it ( can’t sleep) there is no way I would have agreed to delay the announcement for the benefit of the “other party” without knowing the outcome. Not saying they do but if it is unfavourable I would rather that be announced in a media storm on Friday than a Monday morning on it’s own.

it all depends on what the terms we agreed to were. If we agreed the only thing that would be delayed would be the public announcement not the verdict then it is crucial
