now sign that contract, Baldy!

I have a friend who is reasonably well connected in the club, and they have been adamant throughout that the club have been absolutely sure that this was the only result they were getting. They ran a club meeting on the day it was announced to tell them as much.

The usual suspects in the gutter press are queuing up to slag us. I've actually stopped scrolling on Twitter. #cheats is also trending. Fuck them all.

UEFA takes note of the decision taken by the Court of Arbitration for Sport to reduce the sanction imposed on Manchester City FC by UEFA’s independent Club Financial Control Body for alleged breaches of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play regulations.

UEFA notes that the CAS panel found that there was insufficient conclusive evidence to uphold all of the CFCB’s conclusions in this specific case and that many of the alleged breaches were time-barred due to the 5 year time period foreseen in the UEFA regulations.

Over the last few years, Financial Fair Play has played a significant role in protecting clubs and helping them become financially sustainable and UEFA and ECA remain committed to its principles.

UEFA will be making no further comments on the matter.

FUCK YOU

Many on here predicted that we’d be cleared and still be guilty in other clubs fans eyes. I don’t give a shite what rags or dippers or anyone else say (a fucking Southampton fan having a pop on Twatter!).

You can’t educated pork. We aren’t banned. We won. You lost. Suck it. Let’s go win the bastard and throw the trophy in the Medlock

The decison to not co-operate with UEFA and go straight to CAS was inspired and well worth £8m. It laid down a marker. Why co-operate with a corrupt organisaton which was leaking confidential commercial information to our rivals who were then leaking to the media. CAS knew exactly what happened. Heads must roll at UEFA though I think Ceferin will be safe.

yeah i mean what's £7m in the grand scheme of things! Happy to see us pay that rather than 'cooperate'.
