It's not just the claims that are small in the courtroom these days..Not just arbitration.

It’s odd how a lot of the very stupid reaction is that it became ‘time-barred’ due to City not cooperating with none of the journos trying to put anyone right. Never sure whether most of them are biased or just don’t understand a lot of stuff, although I do appreciate that those 2 things are in no way mutually exclusive ;-)Ziegler in the Times (who's been well briefed by City) says that City's refusal to co-operate was on the basis of "the fruit of the poisoned tree" legal principle and the fact that they knew most, if not all, of the allegations were time-barred. He also quoted an unnamed source at City as saying they believed the Qatari Security Services engineered the hack. Wonder if the Saudi action against BeIn Sports is connected?

"Small Club" City sticking it to UEFA and turning the football world upside down.
We're massive and these fuckers know it.
WTF. Still I'm not realky suprised. Saudi and the UAE nearly went to war with Qatar three years ago. That said our email security was shit so you don't need spook standard hacking to get in.Ziegler in the Times (who's been well briefed by City) says that City's refusal to co-operate was on the basis of "the fruit of the poisoned tree" legal principle and the fact that they knew most, if not all, of the allegations were time-barred. Cas in reflective mood the day after a shoeing from a Norvern kiddie firm of solicitors

Noticeable there have been no noises from the rag quarter.
I wonder if Ole has the good sense to stay out of this one....
I low-key hope UEFA caves in and takes us to the Swiss Supreme Court. They will get royally fucked.
It's unlikely they'll appeal CAS' decision. With that said, UEFA charged City with shit evidence, urged by the European cartel. So I wouldn't put it past them to be "influenced" into making another head scratching decision. But proven not guilty surely couldn’t be appealed anyway? @projectriver @Prestwich_Blue
