CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I meant he is already viewing and perhaps posting
My opinion is that somebody gave him all the information.

Professionals together with people with inside knowledge of the football business hacked City.

Pinto is just an alibi.

Client > Hacker > Pinto/Footy leaks > Der Spiegel > Public domain > FIFA/UEFA/FA/PL

Some time in the not to distant future it will all come out, and it will cause a right shit storm.

Would imagine one or two clubs are shitting it.

That must be a possibility. Qatar?
The idea that an impoverished student could afford the software, hardware and running time to pull off one of the biggest hacks of all time and did it all from a back bedroom is just ludicrous.
They also hacked the phones of not very well known football agents to get information about City, I'm pretty sure thats over Pintos pay grade and knowledge of the football business.Qatar, are the obvious suspect, they have used hackers before for this kind of operations, like the "anonymous group" of hackers calling themselves “Global Leaks” who released a bunch of emails of the UAE ambassador to the US in 2017. But City and our owner has a lot of enemies.

"thanks to Rui"

What a desperate, clutching at straws, wankstain he is.

Hopefully one day that tosser gets hacked, I wonder if he would thank the hacker publicly after his bank account has been emptied.

Or pics off him in compromising positions dancing around to the pet shop boy's with something furry hanging out of his arse

He's already confirmed that as true about 3 years ago

Not released yet then the only club who wouldn’t want it out if it had there name in it with any little bit of negativity would be Liverpool there Pr department is the best out there.

90 pages long.

89 pages redacted by requests of R.Parry, D.Gill, Senor Tebas...
If Stefans post turns out to be correct that City have accepted the doc without any change but probably UEFA will ask for redactions which is hardly surprising because using out of context emails allowed them to bring a bogus charge.

Just to be clear. That is my speculation. As always, I am not ITK

I know, he changed his tune now because getting a whistleblower status is his only get out of jail card.

It will be interesting to know what the Portuguese prosecutors want from this case. Do they want to nail Pinto - get a head on a pole ? Or do they want to use Pinto to get to the wider network of hacking. It may rest on how much this impacts Portugal directly and how much they want to be seen internationally to be doing the right thing. Pinto is young and an opportunist- so I suspect he’s willing to chirp like a canary but if some big hitters are involved like the Qatar secret service he’s probably on borrowed time if he starts to squeal. Anyone know when he goes on trial ?

My view is and was, when Pinto was arrested the first thing he asked for, was r police protection for himself and his family, Portuguese authorities have repeatedly refused to extradite him to America, and Pinto does not want to go there, you do not find a hacking blackmailer down the local, and he did not do the job on City for free,Pinto was hired by someone who had paid him off before, for me this points to the Fenway group

By the fuck, that would be some revelation, if true, and if it is,
City could destroy any credibility they had.

It may well have already been posted, but I'm fucked if I'm going through 500-odd pages checking! Anyway, it stands up to being repeated!

"Gary Neville is a blue
Is a blue
Is a blue,
Gary Neville is a blue
He hates UEFA"

Compare this articulate response to the childish, bitter, inaccuracies that Carragher spewed out. Worlds apart. He even got in about a United having investment years ago so he knows his history too.

I know he’s not everyone’s cup of tea but he has to be respected for this.

Fenway/NYT or Qatar for me got their grubby prints all over this
Redaction negotiations going well
Uefa "We'd like this bit removed"
City "Adios Sr. Tebas"
Uefa "Oh and this bit too"
City "Gill hat and coat"
Uefa "Oh just one more...."
City "Agnelli ciao ciao"

A hell of a lot of it is to do with his part ownership of Salford City, he now understands from a business side with the restrictions for growth.
