About time hh earn his money . If he gets this done he might get some commissions.
 
Peter Lim probably has had dealings with Sheikh Mansour as they both hold investment portfolios. There are also strong links between Singapore and UAE, AFAIK Peter Lim did support the Singapore govt with some consultancy work at some point. It's not beyond the realms of possiblity that they were talking about business and this came up as a friendly thing, but an agreement being in place between the two of them sounds like absolute bollocks.

Love the idea of the sheik just going "Fuck off Txiki, I've been reading blue moon and any fucker could do your job and I'm gonna prove it" and getting hands on.
