No way Valencia are going to take that IMO. They desperately need money apparently.

Pretty arrogant from City to offer less than €20m initally. Bayern type stuff IMO.
 
I know the market will be considerably different these days but I'm still sceptical about player + money deals actually happening.

Granted, given that Herrera bloke is nothing really to us as a club if that kind of deal was pulled off it'd be a steal no matter how good Torres turns out to be. Too good to be true though imo, most likely be a cash deal.

I think we should offer €50m just so we don't appear to be like Bayern. Why stop there? €55m.

He's a kid with 10 months left on his contract. He's not an internaitonal. He's scored 6 league goals in his life. If Sané left for €45m+10 in add ons, getting him for around 30 is fair, and starting at 20 as a first offer is normal.

Yes, but if they are losing players, they will need replacements at low cost, so could work for them.Maybe if we put somebody to them on loan too.

This is a great deal for Valencia. They're able to bring in Herrera who, if they need the money, can sell later on meaning they can get far more than the 30m that they would get if they sold Torres for cash alone.
