That looks like it was on the question of whether the Etihad sponsorship was fair value and a related party or not that one of the panel dissented

I just don't understand how you can even word a rule about related parties. How many clubs in Europe are owned or part-owned by their sponsors? Most of the German league for starters. I mean how could Red Bull Leipzig seriously claim that their sponsor isn't a related party?

We wouldn't give UEFA couple of documents because of all the leaks coming out of their camp,we gave it all to CAS

For not participating in the original investigation, this is believed to be because UEFA are a bunch of cnuts and wouldn't give us a fair crack anyway. So we baited them into taking us to court and then turned them over. CITY!

These are reputable legal experts. I wouldn't expect them to vote in line with their 'sponsor', otherwise it defeats the purpose of letting each party choose a panelist. If they always vote for the side that elected them, CAS would stop this by choosing all members of the panel.

I don't agree with that as an explanation. It suggests the evidence was not quite so compelling in respect that part of the decision.
