Would be a shame if he goes, but it does feel like there’s an air of the Sancho/Brahim sagas about this one. A lot of La Masía products end up heading back there eventually.

If you want to bring back Garcia to make the squad numbers up ok, but by the sounds of it, Barca think he is some sort of 2nd coming.

The kid is good, but a regular at City or Barca, I think not, at least not for a couple of seasons.

I think he'd be making the squad numbers up here as well to be honest if we sign a couple of CBs.

He's a good prospect but haven't seen that much from him to suggest he'd be a world beater here but that may come with time I guess. As you said, I don't really see him as a regular starter for a couple of years at least, barring an injury crisis.

I certainly wouldn't be too bothered if he were to leave. Maybe either Tosin or THB would step into his role.

Only conflict I see is what is posted on a website. Pep said one year left and even according to Samuel Marsden, Garcia's camp confirmed it is 2021.
