mourinho is going to hate us even more if the deal we are working on happens . Yes I’m talking Harry Kane . Not sure it will happen with Levy at spurs , but Thought id share the information, we are working on a deal.
Happy Sunday

Wonder what Spurs fans would say if they knew that we were supposedly interested in their top man.
Summer of 2010 and 2017 are always the benchmarks of transfer windows for us. The summer we signed Dave, Yaya, Kola, Balotelli and then Walker, Ederson, Bernie, Danilo, Mendy. I just knew we’d have a great season and had the players required to jump a level.if we got Auoar along with Torres, Ake and Koulibably/Carlos. That would be an amazing window. Add to that a striker/False nine as well as a top LB (Alaba). It would be by far our best transfer window to date.
We would actually have a top defense with pace (for once). And one of the best and technical midfielders (hard to believe with Silva leaving).
Really can't see us going in for Kane, not whilst Aguero is still here. I'm pretty sure Kane's contract runs out in 2024 so Spurs would have no inctentive to sell and the length of the contract would only drive the price up obviously. Can't see it happening.
They are going to have to sell someone to pay for the stadium
I agree, if we bring a forward in now with a view to replacing Aguero think it will be someone more willing to bide their time and somebody more versatile. Just can’t see Kane being a target.Personally don’t believe we are trying to sign Harry Kane. Levy wouldn’t take less than £150m and if we were interested I think we’d walk away after 1 conversation with him. Also think Kane would really try and push for the move as soon as he heard of our interest and I’m not having that not one journalist anywhere has not got wind of it.
Not sure why some of you think we can’t sign a top striker whilst we have Aguero though? He is an absolute legend and still scores goals but he is now the wrong side of his peak, he’s not the player he was and he has always had 2 or 3 injuries a season. At his age they will only be more frequent if he’s expected to be first choice. The perfect time to sign Aguero’s replacement is whilst we still have him as we can still use Aguero as needed if the new forward needs time to adjust to the premier league / our system.
Obviously someone like Kane would come straight into the first 11 and would need no time to adjust, but I don’t see it happening.
Aguero is not getting any younger and it would also prolong his career and effectiveness for us if he does not have to play as many games as he now does.Really can't see us going in for Kane, not whilst Aguero is still here. I think we'll switch between 4-3-3 to 3-4-3/3-5-2 on a far more regular basis, it suits our players (even Mahrez, Sterling and Torres) who all like playing as inside forwards. Cancelo, Mendy and even Angelino are far more comfortable as wingbacks. Walker can play RCB in a three, as well as at wingback. Ake is perfect LCB, Laporte is perfect anywhere. Why does kane come here with Aguero still here? He is not exactly the tupe of forward who can play across the front 3 and i dont see him and ageuro playing as a pair or as part of a front 3.
Then there is also Jesus. Where does it leave him? Just aboit to get the number one spot with Kun having one year left and then another established striker comes in
I could see him playing as part of a front 3 but then you have to drop Kun....
It just doesnt make sense as Kane aint coming here to play second fiddle for even just a year.
Then you have his injury issues .......
Personally i dont want this to happen.
I wonder if we have a plan b to this should it fail?
They are going to have to sell someone to pay for the stadium
didn’t they also borrow £175m from the government due to Covid?
Just hope he does not bring his glass ankles with him.Kane would be brilliant for us!
