Ha ha, didn’t realise that, though I see that after closing their Saltash operation they now want to open another one elsewhere. Seem to get short shrift from the Cornish.

Nooooooo sadly!! But i lived in England for the first 40 years of my life and its my first 'port of call' when i get back to dear old blighty! The major breaking news is that a proper English Chippy has opened close to where i live in the last month, so things are definitely looking up!!

Noticed that in the brouhaha over Sancho, that lot have announced a one-year contract extension to their nineteen-year-old left back Brandon Williams. That’ll keep him there until 2024.
Given that Ait-Nouri is a year younger, I would suggest that hints as to him having chosen to join us.

I can only see him coming to us now. No disrespect to Zinchenko, but I see Ait-Nouri as being an immediate challenger to Mendy and not simply an able back up.

Could be a smart move to bring him in. Low pressure as we have Mendy and probably Ake who can play LB as well as Cancelo.
I like his aggressiveness in the videos something that has often been missing in our defenders.

Why would we loan him out for? To who? He's already a first team fullback at a top 5 league. Rayan in, Zinchenko out seems pretty simple to me.
