Diego Carlos

Looks a good defender from what I've seen and from what I've heard off Spanish correspondents who are raving about him. Could well be the next big defender around, who knows. Players like Fernandinho and Kante came out of the blue.

It's embarrassing when adults (which I hope some are) judge a player from watching a youtube video. Bet 95% of the writers in this thread havent seen one or two full games with him. Either have I but Im not calling him a **** or trash him...

I just searched the thread and the only use of the word **** is when someone called him a "big solid ****". Not really sure what you're talking about.

I'm currently 50/50 on Koulibaly/Carlos. I really don't have a preference.

I reckon by the end of Sevilla's Europa League run, I'll prefer Carlos and then we'll buy KK.

I think there might be a sense of not giving ADL what he wants this time in terms of a fee, and backing off from Koulibaly. If this is the guy then I'm sure this thread will be lit up by the end of the night one way or the other. Looking forward to it.

So that is what you take from it, just that word and skip all the trashing based on youtube videos. Take care man.

I didn't take anything from it, that's what you said.

There's just as many people praising him from those same videos. And plenty of people have gone out of their way to qualify both the praise and the criticism by stating explicitly that they might be wrong because they've not really say him play full games. Which is exactly why people have been talking about trying to watch him in recent Europa League games.

It's a football forum where people are going to be talking about players we're linked with. If you're expecting the only people giving their input to be professional scouts or Sevilla supporters then you're on the wrong website.

So basically, grow the fuck up and get off your high horse.

It’ll be interesting to see Carlos vs. Traore.

Still, the way City operates by closely monitoring their transfer targets over an extended period of time, I can’t imagine they are willing to pay 65-70m for this guy.
He is 27, and only has one good season in La Liga behind him. Koulibaly on the other hand have merits.
