Are RB Leipzig really this cheap. Their first team left back on loan is holding on its own in a CL quarter final against Atletico Madrid and they can't shell out 20 million for him.

Well we gotta do something about it
We never sell good. There should be a limit to what other clubs can fleece of.
A 20 million bit for Stones. 10 million for Garcia. And let's not even talk about Dzeko or Mangala or others.
There is something inherently wrong with our policy when we try to sell players.
 
Don’t buy a left back. Angelino is the best player on the pitch in this QF. Get him back and give him a fair chance. He’s absolutely destroying the Atletico, arguably the best defensive team in Europe

We sell at the best price available under the circumstances.
The circumstances are that we pay high wages. They attract players to us, but mean that we can't get premium prices when we sell because players don't move for wage cuts and other teams struggle to pay wages as high as ours.
 
I would be ok with that fee if we got a percentage clause when RB Leipzig do move him on for profit

but will he play there for us I would like to see him there but I don’t see it besides we would surely have to get rid of Fernandinho or Gundogan to give him at least a shot or taking the role off Rodri for a game or two
