doesnt everyone hate us anyway?
Exactly. Fuck em. Fuck em all.
doesnt everyone hate us anyway?
Most teams scored less than Atalanta this year
doesnt everyone hate us anyway?
I agree, Real are a stronger team without Ronaldo, even though Hazard has so far not lived up to his billing.Well Real did. They sold him for 100m just at the right time and brought in a younger Eden Hazard, injuries aside, is one of the best in the world and at his peak. Compare the Ronaldo who joined Real in 2008 to the one at Juventus now. The Ronaldo they got now can’t even dribble past defenders and the Ronaldo at Real was unstoppable for ten years.
The same would happen here. Messi is past his best and we’d be paying 200m and insane wages on what’s left of this superstar.
If he came in and played like the Messi of old, IF it did not work out they would be pissing themselves.I can think of no better way to deal with the hateful 8 - than to sign Messi. The whole focus and spotlight of the league - good or bad would be on us for months. We‘d dominate press and media coverage, our press conferences would be packed, Messi would be permanently on the back pages. There would be an ocean of boiled piss.
When will people learn that you don't need extraordinary players to make an extraordinary team
That's a bold statement Jim ;)If you wish to have an argument with another poster (and are unwilling to put him/her on ignore), please take it to pms. If not, thread bans may well be issued.
That’s so he can ‘snub’ us when he stays at Barca..the Messi rumour is starting to gain some traction in the mainstream media - may mean very little but the story/possibility is starting to spread
Now you are being stupid if you expect that. This is football not the great British bake offIf we want City to become one of the biggest and greatest clubs on earth, we need more of love and less of hate from fans.
He is getting the same briefings as all the media, ESPN are all over it today, although they state PSG are in the mix. They follow TH on here as well then do they? ;-)
Oh give it a fkn rest. He is a barcelona player inside out, always has, always will. He is not coming here. The club will never pay his wages or his fee. He will stay in Barcelona. Forget about him and stop wasting your breath on this transfer because it’s not happening.
I wouldn’t want him here anyway. We’ll manage just fine without him and we have our own identity to build. Scoring goals is the least of our problems. Conceding is a big problem so our defence is what needs improvement.
Not one good reason there as to why we might sign him. Thankfully we are not run by clowns but pros who put actual football firstI can think of no better way to deal with the hateful 8 - than to sign Messi. The whole focus and spotlight of the league - good or bad would be on us for months. We‘d dominate press and media coverage, our press conferences would be packed, Messi would be permanently on the back pages. There would be an ocean of boiled piss.
I’m banking on our owners to think a little more strategically.I can think of no better way to deal with the hateful 8 - than to sign Messi. The whole focus and spotlight of the league - good or bad would be on us for months. We‘d dominate press and media coverage, our press conferences would be packed, Messi would be permanently on the back pages. There would be an ocean of boiled piss.
All the rumours were we wanted Kane now it's switched to Martinez/Felix, if we sign Messi, all those deals would be off , got to be.
PSG?But only Barca had Messi who guarantees goals. And only Barca had players in attack worth 300-400m in today's market. Yet fucking Atalanta outscored them.
