I'm actually not worried about that at all, which isn't like me. The reason he wants us is the whole setup, which has taken us years to build and embed, and attracted Pep. It's either he stays there or comes to City.

I honestly don’t know but if the testing is a standard requirement prior to being allowed to attend training I would have thought there would be a sanction for wilfully not doing so.

There are your normal rules & regs, but you wouldn't have to take an experimental drug, to get you fit for example.

It could be, that just as Messi's contract has no direct clause in it for the end of the season being moved due to a pandemic, there may be nothing in his contract which says he has to take a Covid test.

Drugs tests etc will be in there yes, but Covid test ?
